Compensation Survey 2026-27

Every other year, the NYC Charter School Center partners with Total Compensation Solutions (TCS) to produce the sector’s only Charter School Compensation Survey: an important tool for schools looking to create competitive teacher recruitment and retention packages.

Schools must register by November 9, 2026 in order to participate; survey data will be due by November 16, 2026. Please note: If you register but don't submit your school's data, you won't receive access to the survey results or be eligible for reimbursement.

Fee: $800 for independent organizations with one charter; $1,230 for organizations with 2-3 charters; $1,650 for organizations with 4 or more charters.
